Okay, YES, this home has been on the market for 60 days. You must be wondering at this point âWhatâs wrong with it? Why hasnât it sold yet? It LOOKS niceâ¦what are they hiding??â Letâs get those questions answered! The main drawbacks are likely one of these 3 things: 1) It may still smell like cigarette smoke, depending on how sensitive your nose is, and you really will have to experience it yourself before you rule out the house! The price has been adjusted a couple times, with a recent drop to $375,000. Comparable properties do support our asking price, yet the sellers are willing to negotiate. We are looking for those buyers that enjoy the area, would love an acre of space, who may or may not want one-floor living and still have 2200+sf of living space, that would appreciate a paved crawl space (because we all know how unpleasant those can be otherwise!), and that would love this home as the *original* owners did. The cabinets are in amazing shape, there is so much room, and if youâre one of the 3 out of 5 buyers that says âitâs not that I donât like people, I just really donât want many neighborsâ, then this may be the spot for you! So give 74 Taraila a chance before taking it off your tour list!
