I've worked with Sam for about 2 months now. We started looking at rentals initially because I didn't think I'd be able to get approved for a loan to purchase a home. Sam then introduced me to a lender and I was able to find and purchase a much larger home and my mortgage is cheaper than my rent would have been. It's been an honor and pleasure working with Sam. He's been very patient with me and has gone above and beyond and far exceeded my expectations. We looked at 14 homes before we found one that I liked. He walked me through the entire process and made sure that we closed on time. He always keep me in the loop and never left me hanging. Every time I would call him he would answer the phone or reply back with a text within 5 minutes. Today is Labor Day, and on a holiday I'm standing here in my new home because Sam met me here to hand me my keys.
